Hogan lives in Lansing, Michigan with his wife and three cats. 

Daniel J. Hogan is a cartoonist currently living in Lansing, Michigan, but who grew up in Harper Woods, a suburb of Detroit.

He draws whimsical, quirky pictures and comics when he is not spending time with his wife, Steph Joy Hogan (also an artist), and his five cats (Nigel, Rags, Jasper, Jonesy and Goose).
